You have received a Voucher with personal login details from your employer.
Enter your personal email address and password on the access page to enter the website.
On this website you can take a look at your leisure, obtain additional information about the product range and ultimately decide what your year-end gift this year will be. The gift will be delivered at the address you provide.

Have you typed your login correctly?
Did you check the validity of your data on the voucher card?

Do you have an adblocker or firewall on that does not accept cookies?

You can check this as follows:

In Firefox:
• Click in the browser on the menu item ‘Edit’;

• Click then on the drop-down item “Advanced”;
• Go to the section on Cookies;
• Select the option ‘accept all cookies’ with the extra option ‘alert me’,

• Select the option ‘Safari’ in the menu;
• Select the option ‘preferences’;
• Select the ‘security’ tab;
• Under “accept Cookies” you can turn on Cookies.

Please contact our helpdesk through the contact form. When your login details have been made we will send you this by e-mail. When your employer has chosen to not personalize the login credentials than we verify your information with your employer. Once this has been verified and approved, we will send you new login details. Please list the name of your employer in your e-mail.

The online ordering of your gift is very simple. In just a few steps you will have a gift selected and ordered. Enter your login details to the website both mentioned on your voucher. After login you wil come to the homepage of your employer. You can choose from an extensive range of gifts. Click on the gift of your choice for more information and add it to your shopping cart. Continue till all your points are spent. Then click ‘continue ordering’. Enter the required (address)details on the form and click on ‘go to order summary’ page. Please check your data and your choice of gift (s) is (are) correct and adjust if needed. Your choice is final only when  you have clicked the ‘place your order’ button.

Did you check the validity of your data on the voucher?
It is no longer possible to place an order if the voucher has expired.

Have you tried it on a later date?
Maybe now its very busy on the web site and therefore not all orders succeed. Please try again at a later time.

Did you receive an error message, during the order process, other than the message that the voucher has expired? Please contact our helpdesk.

By default, we have a delivery time up to a maximum of 5 working days. If a gift can not be delivered within the agreed 5 working days, you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time.

At a correct order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail automatically. Please save this order confirmation. You will need it with any warranty and service questions.

Has your order been correctly placed?
You will allways receive automatically an order confirmation by e-mail when placing a correct order. It can take up to 10 minutes before recieving this e-mail. You can verify your order by reentering the site again. If you see your choice of gift appear, your order has been successful.

Is your email address correct?
The order confirmation is sent automatically to the e-mail address specified by you. After ordering you can not change anything anymore. To receive a new order confirmation on another e-mail address is also not possible.

It may be that the confirmation e-mail ended up in your spam inbox (unwanted mail inbox). Please check your spam inbox for the order confirmation e-mail.

Log in again with your login name and password (only possible during the opening period of the website). The opening period of the website is listed with your personal login details on the voucher. Thereafter the ‘order confirmation’ will become visible. If this is not the case, it means that your order  not final. You need to finalise your order by choosing a gift and than click on ‘complete order’.

There is a trial period of 90 days on all products (except subscriptions, experiences, vouchers, Christmas hampers and gift cards). Within this period, you may return your gift for free without giving reasons and make a new choice. To do this, follow the return procedure mentioned on the packing slip that is included with your order.

After you have placed a final order, your login data become unusable. You will always receive an order confirmation of your final choice through e-mail.

It may take up to 2 business days before you receive the gift card by e-mail. If you have not received your gift card within this timeframe (please do check the spam folder also), you can download it from your personal orderstatus page by signing in using the Order Status & Returns button on this site. Log in with your order number and zip code or login code.

By default, we have a delivery time up to a maximum of 5 working days. If a gift can not be delivered within the agreed timetable you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

You have chosen to pick up the gift at a Post NL pick up point of your choice. Once it is there you will will be notified by e-mail. The gift is ready to be picked up. It may be that the e-mail has been delivered to your spam (unwanted mail inbox) inbox. Please check your spam inbox regularly for an e-mail from Post NL.

The gift will remain 7 calendar days at the Post Nl pick up point. After these 7 days it will returned to sender.

Our helpdesk will contact you and will review your details with you for verification purposes. In that case one asks for your login name and password. Therefore keep this information well.

You can also choose to have your package delivered to an automatic parcel machine. Below you can read how this works:

In the webshop, choose ‘Pick up at a PostNL point’.
You will automatically see all the machines in your area. Choose the machine where you want to pick up your parcel.

You will receive a code when your parcel is ready.
Enter the code on the machine screen to retrieve your parcel.

Take your parcel from the machine and you’re done!
We will keep your parcel in the machine for 72 hours. Then we will take it to a PostNL point nearby.

If you have yet to receive your gift after 5 working days or still have not received information about any possible subsequent delivery, please contact our helpdesk through our contact form.

When you select a gift on the website you will find all available information by clicking on the image of the gift. Depending on the selected gift you can, if there is a hyperlink available, click through for more information concerning the gift or the vendor.

The validity of gift cards is different per card. The validity of every card is listed with the involved card on the website.

The value of the gift card is listed in the gift card information.

Checking the balance of a gift card is different per card. For the method of balance control  we refer to the website of the gift card in question.

Is your gift delivered incomplete? Please contact us directly through info@serviceengarantie.nl or click here. We will do our very best to after deliver the missing componentas soon as possible.

With the delivery of your gift, you will receive a packing slip. The packing slip is also your guarantee certificate. We may ask you to provide it to us when you call on our Service & Warranty. Please keep, in that case, the ‘order id’ at hand. The ‘order id’ can be found on the packing slip and on the order confirmation e-mail.

We aim to provide your question with an answer within 1 business day, but no later than 2 working days. Therefore you will always receive within 2 working days a response from us.

When ordering your gift we may ask for your name and address details to be able to sent the gift to the right address. Your e-mail address and phone number are required to confirm your order or to rectify possible unclarities in the future. We have a registration with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number 1343958. With this registration we declares that your data will only be used to process your order. This personal data will therefore not be provided to third parties for any other purpose than the delivery of your gift.

The website is hosted in a secure data center. We use the most modern firewalls to protect our network. The website uses a TLS/SSL-certificate to secure the connection. When typing the website you see a padlock appear in the browser. Using https means no one else on the internet can see your information or follow it. These TLS/SSL certificates can not be copied or made after because each login name issues a corresponding SSL secure certificate. SSL is the most widely used security protocol on the internet. Similar to the well-known websites of financial institutions. If you do receive a notification on your computer than this has to do with great certainty with the high security degree on your pc or laptop.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@serviceengarantie.nl and we will delete this information.

Keuzekado does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How do we protect personal data

Keuzekado takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@serviceengarantie.nl

A lot of information about the charities from the assortment can be found on the website. If you click on ‘More info’ a page opens with a larger image and a comprehensive description of the charity involved. Of course you can also check out the websites of the charities in question

At the end of the order period we report to your employer how many employees have opted for the selected charities. The amount raised is than paid by us to the charities and your employer will receive proof of this. The actual deposit to the charities happens after closing of the order term.

Problems with login?
First check whether you have entered the correct login details.

Still having problems?
Then it may be that your login name and password are no longer valid. Check the validity of your login details. Is your voucher no longer valid, then unfortunately you can not order anymore.

A strict firewall or not accepting ‘cookies’ can also be the reason why you are unable to log in. Our advise is to try again at a later stage or to possibly try to use another computer to log in.
