Can I exchange my gift?
There is a trial period of 14 days on all products (except subscriptions, experiences, vouchers, Christmas
gifts and gift cards). Within this
period, you may return your gift for free without giving reasons and
make a new choice. After you have placed a final order, your login data become unusable. To exchange you can pre-register your gift here.
