What is the delivery time of the gifts?

By default, we have a delivery time up to a maximum of 5 working days. If a gift can not be delivered within the agreed timetable you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

How can I follow the delivery to a Post NL pick up point?

You have chosen to pick up the gift at a Post NL pick up point of your choice. Once it is there you will will be notified by e-mail. The gift is ready to be picked up. It may be that the e-mail has been delivered to your spam (unwanted mail inbox) inbox. Please check your spam inbox regularly for an e-mail from Post NL.

How long will my gift remain at a Post NL Pick up point?

The gift will remain 14 calendar days at the Post Nl pick up point. After these 14 days it will sent back to Keuzekado.

How can I still receive my gift when after seven calendar days it has been sent back from a Post Nl pick up point to Keuzekado?

Our helpdesk will contact you and will review your details with you for verification purposes. In that case one asks for your login name and password. Therefore keep this information well.


I still have not received my gift?

If you have yet to receive your gift after 5 working days or still have not received information about any possible subsequent delivery, please contact our helpdesk through our contact form.
